This modern four bedroom villa is located in a beautiful setting between Mojacar Village and Mojacar Beach front. It is a five minute drive to the beach and the many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars

This one level villa has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. The air conditioned master bedroom with fitted wardrobes is ensuite with a sunken corner bath and overhead shower. From the bedroom patio doors lead out onto the terrace and pool area

On the opposite side of the villa the second bedroom is a double with air conditioning and patio doors leading out onto the pool area. The third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with walk in shower

The large open plan, air conditioned lounge and dining area is tastefully furnished and very light and airy with a wall of patio doors leading out onto the terraces and pool area. On the opposite side there are french windows giving fantastic mountain views

From the dining area you enter into the modern, fully fitted kitchen with centre island. The kitchen is well equipped with Large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher

The back door from the kitchen has a spiral staircase leading down into the back garden where there is access under the main villa to a separate double bedroom and bathroom with bath and walk in shower. From this area you have access to the garage where there is a washing machine

Outside of the main living and bedrooms there are terraces, extensive gardens, swimming pool and a built barbecue and bar area

Villa El Rancho has extensive land with many olive, orange and lemon trees. If the time of year is right, you may pick and eat your own fruit

Free WiFi/Internet is included in all weekly rentals. English and Spanish TV is available

This villa is suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Due to its location a vehicle is necessary to stay here
