The first thing your eyes will see when you enter this absolute ocean front villa is the shimmering sea. Floor to ceiling windows and doors ensure unparalleled views of the ocean are captured from the spacious indoor living areas as well as the master bedroom and from the large spa bath located in the master ensuite.

Designed over two lavish levels, the three upstairs bedrooms are well appointed and tastefully furnished. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, bedside tables and lamps, LCD television and DVD player, and opens onto a decked balcony with breathtaking ocean views where you can enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee. The second and third bedrooms are also beautifully furnished, with the second bedroom offering a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides a choice of 2 single beds or another queen bed and both have LCD televisions. In addition, there are two quality single fold out beds, making this the perfect villa for larger families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests plus infants. A complimentary port a cot and high chair are also available.

The spectacular master ensuite enjoys a very large spa bath, dual showers and dual sinks. The second modern good size bathroom offers a shower and sink.

A large modern kitchen complete with top European appliances, including large gas stove and oven, large microwave, dishwasher and family size fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser complements this expansive villa and invites you to gather around while meals are being prepared. The kitchen also offers all the crockery, cutlery, cookware and glassware you will need throughout your stay.

Enjoy your meal either in the spacious open plan 8 seater dining room or perhaps opt for a BBQ on your private deck with 8 seater outdoor dining and large family gas BBQ. Either way the ocean views are spactacular.

The spacious modern lounge room offers a large flat screen wall mounted television and DVD player with a wide selection of movie DVDs for all ages. There are multiple spacious open plan living areas allowing guests to mingle as a group or find their own space.

Soak up the sunshine on the private decks of your villa or around the large sparkling infinity pool within the Edge Development with spa at both ends, which is arguably the best pool on the island and the perfect place to take a cool swim and while away the days. No matter where you choose to relax you will be assured extensive and breathtaking ocean views.

Villa 16 The Edge is located less than a minute drive by golf buggy and around 5 minutes on foot to the marina, restaurants, cafes and shops. There is also a complimentary bus that circulates the island around every half hour which stops not far from your front door.
