Our charming loft apartment is situated near Avenue Louise. Our apartment measures 90sqm.

It comes with one bedroom with a king size bed and there is a double sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is convenient and fully equipped to test out your chef skills In case you are not in the mood for cooking, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. 🙂

Bathroom is modern and fully functional filled with fresh towels and full amenities set.

We also provide Nescafe and a great variety of tea.

Cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers.

Everything necessary is available in the apartment. There are no shared areas in the building!

Our apartment is located near Avenue Louise, monumental avenue commissioned in 1847. Avenue Louise is home to many upmarket shops, restaurants and offices.
A lot of hidden gems are hidden in this area, such as Louise Square, Stephanie Square, the Law Courts of Brussels, the Louise Tower and many others.

Since the apartment is located near Avenue Louise , a lot of hidden gems are nearby. However, if you would like to experience the outskirts of the city, the tram and metro stations are a few minutes from the apartment.

The building doesn’t have its own private parking, but we will provide you with suggestions.
