4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths with ample room for additional/available beds for larger groups. The house has 4 dedicated bedrooms that sleep a total of 8 people.

The sheer size of the home can easily accommodate 12 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (available upon request/additional fee).

The home is pre-set for 8 Guests but can hold up to 12 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 8-12 guests. A large group fee may apply.

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Important note: This property will not be rented to large groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
