Our spacious and modern one bedroom apartment measuring 95sqm (1020 sqft) and it comes with three bedrooms. Two spacious bedrooms possess king size beds, and one bedroom comes with two single bed. Mattresses are new and comfortable, perfect for your pleasant and sweet stay in Porec 🙂

Our apartment also comes with a spacious living room with a huge extendable sofa! From the living and dining area you can access charming balcony which is a perfect spot for relaxing breakfast with a see view!

Parking is available on site!

The bathroom comes with a bathtub, and we also provide a full set of amenities and fresh towels during your stay! The kitchen is fully equipped for you to test out your chef skills, if you are bored of exploring local restaurants 🙂

We also provide local coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of tea.

The apartment comes with cable TV which offers you a plenty of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers.

Beach is accessible with foot, bike or a car! The same applies for the Porec downtown which is 1 kilometer from the apartment or approximately 15 minutes walking!

The city does not have public transportation, but everything is close and easy accessible. Around the building you can find many shops, restaurants and cafes. There is available parking spot in front of the building!
