Modern designed 2 floor villa with beautiful views. The villa is bright and spacious, consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, two baths, a dining room, kitchen and a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area.

This villa also has a private heatable pool (the police heating service is not included in the price). Really comfortable, modern, functional house, with lovely outdoor but also inside dining area. Flat TV, DVD, international satellite TV, free wireless. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and everything you need to feel homelike.

Each bedroom has big double bed. (Please note, this villa has no single bed, double beds only).

One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested!

*** A security deposit of EUR 200 is required for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

*** One dog allowed, surcharge of 50€ for the whole stay.

*** This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.
