ROMANTIC FLAT ON ILE SAINT-LOUIS

This discreet and self-contained island is one of the most enchanting places to stay in Paris. It is delightfully unspoiled and has a mixture of handsome 17th century architecture, modern boutiques, narrow streets and magnificent views from its tree-lined quays. Running lengthwise along the island is the main street, Rue Saint Louis en l’Ile. It boasts a baroque church, refined boutiques, old-fashioned bistros and brassery, delicate chocolate and food shops, a florist, bakeries, a wonderful cheese shop and many pretty teahouses.
Many of the most important attractive sites of Paris are located nearby. The Pompidou Centre , the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden, Champs Elysées, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais are either within walking distance.

Located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift that stops at the 4th floor. You will then walk one flight of stairs to the 5th floor. The building access is secured by two doors with door codes.
The apartment itself is bright and offers a spectacular view on the Seine River, the right bank and the beautiful 17th century Saint-Paul-Saint-Louis church.
The apartment of 45sqm has two levels separated by wooden stairs. It has been entirely renovated in may 2012.
The entrance gives on the living area that features a couch, a coffee table and two semicircular tables under the windows which will enable you to sit and work and enjoy the fantastic view. There is a flat TV set.
The fitted kitchen with induction stoves and a micro-wave is open on the main room.
The bathroom has a curved wall with frosted glass brick that harmoniously fits in the whole room. It features a walk-in shower and the toilets.
A dozen of steps will lead you on the upstairs mezzanine, in the bedroom. It has a queen size bed (160×200). You will be able to store your luggage and all your voluminous objects in a room that gives on the bedroom. It features a wardrobe for your clothes. You can easily stand up on the mezzanine as on its highest part the ceiling is at 2,40m ! A skylight with frosted glass brick gives an interesting light to the room.
This apartment can sleep up to two guests. It will be like a nest for a couple ! It is quiet with double-glazed windows, bright, with wonderful wooden exposed beams, elegant tables and mirrors,…and the view ! Once you will look through the windows you will realize how magnificent is Paris and how good it is to live on this magical island !
