The Residence is designed to ensure privacy, cross ventilation and natural lighting due to its location in the middle of the block, conferring urban dignity and monumentality. The house was highlighted in the publication INSIDE CUBA of the Editorial TASCHEN.

The Neighborhood:
Miramar is a residential neighborhood of Havana, away from the center of the city. It offers our guests calm and harmony; At the same time it allows to reach any point of the city of Havana thanks to its privileged location to access the different means of transport.
Getting Around:
There are classic American cars, buses, taxis and bicytaxis and cocotaxis around the apartment….We can also help you make arrangements if you need taxi to & from any other city in Cuba!

The main “tourist attractions” to guide our friends in their visit to the cuban capital. These are:
Central Havana City:
• National Capitol: Location: Paseo Del Prado between San José and dragons. Building built in 1929, intended to host the seat of Congress at the time. Old Havana Township:
