Poolside Summers

This spacious and fully air conditioned vacation home boasts a lovely landscaped in-ground pool in a private, fenced-in yard. In the center of charming Rockport, the home is only two blocks from Old Garden Beach and Rockport harbor. A short stroll takes you to Bearskin Neck and its shops, restaurants, and galleries.

The main floor of the house consists of a huge eat-in kitchen, a large tiled dining room/conservatory with cathedral ceiling, and a spacious living room overlooking the pool. Both the dining room and the living room have sliders that lead to the deck and pool, making the space perfect for entertaining or cozy family time. The lower level of the house has an additional full bath with a shower as well as the laundry equipment.

The second floor has two bedrooms and two baths. The large master queen bedroom has a french door leading to a balcony overlooking the pool and there is also an ensuite full bath with a shower. The other bedroom on the second floor is also a queen with an ensuite full bath with both tub and shower (this bath can also be accessed from the hall).
The third floor consists of two more air conditioned bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with two twins.

Poolside Summers is located on a quiet, child-friendly cul-de-sac. This house has everything you want to make your Rockport vacation complete, including parking for up to three cars.
