The Space:
The flat is a nice cozy and tastefully decorated with a living room with queen-size sofa bed and dinner table and smart tv in an open kitchen – Bedrooms also have TV all with Smart TV. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the other bedroom also with sea view have a queen-size bed. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

We have tours and laundry services just outside the building offering laundry service for only 40 baht per kg. Family mart or 7/11 (minimart) is 150 meters from the building.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, water cooker, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave, all you need for cook.

Outside on the balcony, there are chairs and tables with a nice sea view and washing machine.
Guest Access:
Our manager is at your disposal during your stay to answer your requests (taxis, excursions, shows, markets, beaches, Etc …).

You have exclusive access to the Entire place, Gym and pool.
Interaction with Guests:
During your stay you can contact us 24/7, we are always there to help you when there are any problems.

Nightlife
For the best nightlife have a look at the Famous Walking Street and Soi LK Metro just a few minutes away from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road 1 min walk from the building or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost about 80 baht (2 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost about (100 baht) (2-3 euro) use an app named “Grab”

In Pattaya and Jomtien or the main road just outside the building you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a 10 baht per person.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.

The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.

If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.

But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
