D. Alexander has taken necessary steps during the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure you can work, relax, and stay safe while practicing social distancing:
• Homes are sanitized on all touchable surfaces with Lysol and Clorox. Our linen and towel cleaning is processed in steam injected water at 170 degrees at a commercial laundry facility with very strong bleach at 20% chlorine. These procedures ensure the cleanest and most sanitary environment.
• Independent Keyless Entry allows you to maintain isolation and social distancing as recommended by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) by gaining access to the home without contact with staff at check in.

There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax in our comfy living room. You’ll love cozying up to the fireplace or streaming your favorite show on the HD smart TV. After all, nothing feels better than relaxing on the couch after a day of hiking! There’s also a Sonos speaker system so you can play your favorite desert-inspired tunes.

Between all the hiking, sightseeing, and relaxing on your itinerary, you’ll surely work up an appetite! This home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to cook for a group.

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and glasses, and we treat you to an eco-friendly, 3-can welcome pack of tasty WineSociety California Wine.

Settle in for a delicious meal at either the breakfast bar, which has 2 barstools, or at the colorful dining table, which seats at least 6. For dinner with a view, head outside to the terrace, where you can dine with the breathtaking Red Rocks in view.

This home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 5 private bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have plenty of closet space and new furnishings that reflect a stylish, comfortable theme. You’ll sleep well thanks to our new pillow-top mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows, and super soft Mascioni sheets.

Bathroom amenities include (MALIN+GOETZ) toiletries (made in the USA with natural ingredients), soft and absorbent cotton towels, and hair dryers.

Want to get a head start on your post-trip laundry? There’s a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Stunning desert vistas are just steps away. Walk out to a spacious ground-floor patio and second-floor deck to wake up with the birds or take in the cool evening breezes. Both levels of outdoor space are fully furnished with chairs, sofas, and tables so that the whole group can enjoy the views together. The yard contains fruiting trees, maple trees, rose bushes, vines, wild flowers, and birds, so you don’t even need to go for a hike to enjoy the local flora and fauna. The Jacuzzi is perfect after a hike or exploring the beautiful Red Rocks!

Sedona also contains several naturally occurring vortexes, which are known for their healing properties, and the picturesque desert and mountain views make it a popular place for photo shoots and marriage proposals.

Getting Around:
Driving is the best way to get around the Sedona area. Stores and restaurants in the area typically have free and plentiful parking, but be mindful that some trailheads may have limited space for cars.

If you want to go car-free, the Verde Lynx bus service operates in Sedona and Cottonwood. The closest bus stop is by the Chipotle on the main road (N State Route 89A). Taxis and ridesharing services are also available.

Flying into the Sedona area? Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is about 2 hours away by car and the small Sedona Airport is 12 minutes away.

✓ Vacation isn’t complete without your furry friends! Pets are allowed at a $150 per stay fee for the first pet and $50 per stay for each additional pet (no weight restriction).

✓ Please note the check-in/check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins or late check-outs, but we can only confirm these requests 48 hours before the date requested in accordance with our cleaning schedule.
