The apartment located next to Jomtien Night Market and 200 meters from the beach, a nice pool on the roof and a nice balcony with pool view and a small sea view, there is a pool on the roof just one floor up and big pool downstairs with many entertainments for the kids.

Best location on Jomtien beach in a very quiet area, linking to all destinations and only a few km to Pattaya city for only 10 baht.
The Space:
This lovely studio with pool view is located on the 7th. floor of Acqua condominium only 200 meters from beach and Night Market and everything looks nice.

Modern European style kitchen, 2 flat screen tv’s, lovely living room area with a single bed for 1 extra kid, luxurious bathroom a nice balcony looking at the 50-meter pool and Kid’s Pool area.

Just 2 minute walk away from all the shops and restaurants frequented by the tourists. The building also has Lush Landscape and Rooftop Garden Terrace, Acqua Island, BBQ Area, Jacuzzi and Steam Room, Fitness Center, Library, Yoga Room, Game Room, Kid’s Zone, High-Speed Internet Access, Business Center, 4 High-speed Lifts, Underground Parking, Resort Style Open Lobby, Tuk Tuk Service, Daily Maid Service and 24 hour security with key card access.
Guest Access:
I will be partially present around the house, but I am available 24/7 if you should need anything, and will make sure all your wishes are taken care of. Maximum privacy.
Interaction with Guests:
I’ll be answering all the questions and help out as best as I can. If you want an airport pick-up we can arrange that for only 1,500.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to the beautiful Jomtien Beach and restaurants and shopping malls.

The center of Jomtien nightlife is only a few km away and you can easily take a taxi on the main road or use the app as “Grab”

This place is serene!! Less traffic.
Getting Around:
There are taxis 100 meters away. But you can also rent a scooter if you want to go around.

Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.

The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.

If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed (minium 350 baht).
24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.

But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
