Our one bedroom apartment has a central location by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, only few minutes from the city center.

The apartment measures 70 sqm, and It comes with one bedroom with king size bed and extendable sofa in the living area with comfortable seating area.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to test out your chef skills 🙂

We also provide local coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of tea. The bathroom is modern and fully functional filled with fresh towels and full amenities set.

Cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers.

Everything necessary is available in the apartment. There are no shared areas in the building!

The apartment is a 5 minute walking distance from the nearest tram station, the main railway station is 2 tram stations away which is a 10 minute walk.

Apartment doesn’t come with a parking, but there is a street parking option or parking garage is Paromlin which is few steps away from the apartment.
