The Space:
Seamlessly check in using our smart lockbox. Enjoy spending the night in Paris each night you stay with us!

Enjoy our business ready amenities, including 1,000 mb/second internet, ensuring you can stream, video chat, and use the internet blazing fast! Watch tv using our provided DirecTV Now account, or stream your favorite shows and series using our provided Hulu, Netflix, HBO Go, or Showtime apps, all built right into your Amazon Fire Smart TV.

Feel free to cook at home, with a fully equipped kitchen, enjoy some great coffee in the morning using our provided Keurig coffee maker, or find your favorite eatery with many great restaurants or bars nearby.

Soak in our large garden tub, wash or dry your clothes with our provided washer and dryer machine. Need to stay for a while? We have a walk in closet with ample space for you to store your items.

Enjoy the fitness gym, or walk to the pool, while spending time playing pool or hosting a board meeting at the lounge room. Go to the business office to print off important documents for the upcoming meeting.

Guest Access:
You have access to the whole condo. Need to work out or want to go for a swim? The gym and pool are all yours. There also is a conference room and a pool table and lounge.

We are available 24/7 at your request. Run into any issues or have questions and recommendations? Consider us your concierge service to help guide you to take advantage of the best of Houston!

The Neighborhood:
Within 10 minutes you are close to the Toyota Center (Houston Rockets), great shopping in River Oaks or Montrose or the Galleria, NRG Stadium (Houston Texans), Minute Maid Park (Houston Astros).

Take a stroll around the corner and find yourself getting groceries at Trader Joe’s or HEB. Within 5 minutes, visit the The Montrose Shopping Park , River Oaks Shopping Center, River Oaks District, or River Oaks Plaza, equipped with great shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Head to some of our favorite places within Midtown to enjoy food and drinks. Take a further drive down the street and find yourself at the Galleria, the largest and best shopping of Houston.

Getting Around:
Utilize Uber/Lyft to get around, or you can find yourself taking a nice stroll. We also do not charge for parking so you can rent a car to get around Houston.
