The master bedroom is en-suite with a bathroom. For those who still needs to do some work, they have work station available in the second bedroom, which has its own en suite shower. The master suite bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, shower, toilet and in one of the fitted unites, a washing machine and hair dryer.
Step free access and lift facilities are available for an easy access which is ideal for families with children, elderly or those with disabilities.

Puerto Banus Marina works as a year round resort and is just 50 metres away. There is constant life and activity going on ever day of the year. There are famous bars, restaurants, night clubs as well many luxury brand shops such as Michael Kors, Guess, Gucci etc.
About 5 minutes walk away to the west is a beach, and further towards Marbella, popular beach clubs such as Plaza beach or Ocean Club.
Puerto Banus hosts one of Spain’s famous department stores Corte Ingles, just 3 minutes away. This particular store is one of the best in Spain and amongst other things has an amazing super-market on the lower level where you can buy practically anything for one’s gastronomic requirements.
