Off the pool area is an covered outside kitchen which has a gas BBQ, fridge, microwave and toilet and shower room. A covered seating area to escape the spanish sunshine and enjoy your meals in comfort. An ideal place to spend the day, relaxing by the pool.

Villa1 has 4 ensuite bedrooms and sleeps upto 8 people, and glassed in terrace area which overlooks the large pool and BBQ area.

There is a large independent kitchen with everything you would need for a comfortable stay including an american style fridge/freezer. In the lounge there is a new cream leather corner sofa, looking onto a 65″ smart tv.

There are 3 bedrooms downstairs with kingsize beds, walk in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with walkin showers.

Upstairs in the master bedroom with super king bed and ensuite bathroom with bath & shower, and a roof terrace where you can escape with a glass of wine from the rest of the family.

Off the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine/tumble dryer.

Aircondtioning is in all rooms and Fibre Optic in the main property.

Villa 2 is a smaller villa with 2 ensuite bathrooms bedrooms which sleeps 4 people and is suitable for wheelchair access and disabled friendly.

You enter into the property to an american style kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

There is 2 large sofas and 65″ TV, dining table and chairs for 4 people.

There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, 1 with king size bed and 1 with 2 single beds.

There is private parking on the property for upto 4 cars.

The properties are in a quiet urbanized area, within a 20 minute walk to the main strip in Urbanization La Marina or 5 minute drive to the urbanization or La Marina Pueblo.
