Huge Villa with 5 BIG bedrooms with pool is located in a prime area 5 minutes from Jomtien Beach and next to Jomtien Yacht Club. With a Jacuzzi, private pool and a large communal pool to keep cool during those hot´s days. This ideal summer villa is spacious with an open living room and decorated with blends of modern and Thai design. Check-in 24/7 as we have staff standing by under your stay. The villa is set over 2 floors. Upon entering the gates of the villa is a gated garage for 2 cars and a washing machine. Located outside is the private pool and Jacuzzi with plenty of outdoor seating. The pool shower and BBQ are located outside. Inside the villa, you will enter the open living room with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player for entertainment. The dining table and kitchen area are just off the living room. With a stove, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, fridge, and freezer the fully equipped kitchen has all the need amenities to make a great meal. All have ensuite bedrooms one of them being the master bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and views the pool and big balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a desk, wardrobe, side table with lamp, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and bath/shower unit, master bathroom have a big tube.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is located in a private and relaxed residential estate just 500m from the beach in Jomtien. It is located in a prime area where you will find along the beach many bars, restaurants, massage parlors, and water-sports activities. The biggest attractions nearby include the Underwater World, Floating Market and Pattaya’s Mimosa which are within a 5-minute journey by car. If you would like to check out the nightlife of Pattaya’s famous walking street it is located 10 km away.
Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road a few min walks from the building or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost about 60-10 baht (2-3 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost about (100-150 baht) (2-5 euro) use an app named “Grab”

In Pattaya and Jomtien or the main or beach road just you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a 10 baht per person.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number booked.
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (30mb down and 5 MB up speed).
♡ Free coffee and tee when you arrive.
♡ Free Electricity 45 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open doors you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.

♡ The room cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the room cleaned and ready for the next guest (Post-Stay Clean). This means it will be completed after your stay.

If you would like your apartment cleaned during your stay (In-Stay Clean), an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed and fresh towels. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.

But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per stay.

There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
