A two-bedroom apartment located in a very tranquil place, just 11 minutes (7 km) from the Swiss border. It is an ideal place near the provinces of Varese and Milan and a few minutes drive to Como City. Parking is not a problem in the free and safe parking spaces outside the property building. It is just a few meters away from coffee shops/bars that also serves good pastries and artisan ice creams. You can go by foot to buy groceries (2 minutes walk) in the nearby supermarket that is also located in the town’s centre.

POLICIES for your tranquil stay in the property:
Only pets weighing 10 KILOS MAXIMUM are admitted ( WITH ADDITIONAL FEE ).
Though allowed inside the house, Pets are NOT ALLOWED on top of the sofa nor inside the bedroom.
The entire property is a NO SMOKING area.
Parties are not allowed.
Grilling/BBQ is prohibited.
No loud noise beyond 10:00 pm.
