POLICIES for a tranquil stay:
Only one pet weighing 10 KILOS MAXIMUM are admitted ( WITH ADDITIONAL FEE ).
Though allowed inside the house, Pets are NOT ALLOWED on top of the sofa nor inside the bedroom.
The entire property is a NO SMOKING area.
Parties are not allowed.
Grilling/BBQ is prohibited.
Swimming pool use is from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
No loud noise beyond 10:00 pm.
