Located on the first level of a private house, you have you own private entrance. Steps away from the Long Island Sound, you can enjoy the sandy beach, swim or just dip your toes and enjoy the views across the bay.
The Space:
This space is complete with Microwave, toaster oven and smokeless grill and not forgetting the all-important coffee machine, so that you can make your morning coffee and take it to the beach or sit on the stoop of the “Ice Cream Parlour”. The retro feel of the funky kitchen is completed by an original 1950’s refrigerator, it really adds a unique twist to this fun space. The original ice cream kitchen fittings are still in place, which will bring a smile to your face.
