My 2 bedroom Sea view apartment is located next to Jomtien Night Market and 200 meters from the beach, nice pool on the roof and a nice balcony, big nice pool for kids down and GameCenter.

Best location on Jomtien beach in a very quiet area and only a few km to Pattaya city and just next to the night market for only 10 baht. Breakfast only 2 min walk to German Bakery or on beach road has many shops and restaurants.

The Space:
This lovely 2 bedroom unit is located on the top floors of Acqua condominium only 200 meters from beach and Night Market and everything looks really nice.

1 bedroom with double bed and plenty of space for clothes and a small room with a bulk bed for 2 people. There is a sofa-bed if needed.

Modern European style kitchen, flat-screen TVs, lovely living room area, luxurious bathroom a nice balcony looking at the 50-meter pool and Kid’s Pool area.

Just short walk to Minimart and restaurants/bars. There is also a big market every night open for turists and only a short walk away same as elefant and horse ridning.

You can find many great places for golf as we can help for bring and pickup.
The Neighborhood:
Just 2 minute walk away from all the shops and restaurants frequented by the tourists. Getting Around:
There are taxis 100 meters away. But you can also rent a scooter if you want to go around.

Even though the center of Pattaya’s nightlife is only a few km away and you can easily take a taxi for only 10 baht.

Other Things to Note:

♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.

The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.

If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.

But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
