Cozy Manor

Bright natural light with the amenities of a hotel but the feel of home, and just minutes from all San Antonio has to offer (The Alamo, Riverwalk, Six Flags, Pearl, etc). Our recently renovated home is entirely yours! It’s completely modernized with 100mbps Wifi to connect all your devices, central Heating/AC, but also has a fireplace for ambiance. Out back is a screened in patio and small BBQ grill to enjoy.

This unique property, the Cozy Manor offers all the comforts of home in a city full of things to do! Cozy Manor is located in a quiet subdivision very close to just about anything you’d like to experience in San Antonio. It’s a large private home (1915 sq. ft.) for you, your family and guests. You’ll find it very roomy and quite a value, a nicer stay than any hotel, with the same amenities… and more!

Each room is furnished with a queen-sized pillow top mattress and the sofa is an easy to setup full-sized sleeper in the family area.

The master bedroom on the ground floor has it’s own private (or shared – you choose) bathroom and French doors that lead out to the screened in patio – a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The master bedroom is large enough to fit one full-sized floor mattress (it’s tucked away when not in use). The additional bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom with the loft office space (a comfortable place to set up your laptop and work from, it looks out over the green space in the rear of the home).

When you’d like to freshen up, the bathrooms have nice showers with thick, fluffy, super soft, oversized towels and soaps, and shampoos/conditioner.

There is plenty of space to relax and lounge in our home. It features an open floor plan w/separate dining area, high ceilings and gas fire place in family area (please refer to photos).

The family area has a large couch (w/sofa bed) and reclining love seat with console, a 32″ flat panel TV with local channels and free Netflix.

Our kitchen is perfect and complete for the chef with granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, all necessary cooking utensils, coffee maker, plates, glasses, etc. & tons of storage space.

The back yard is large with a little garden in the back. Also, there is a brand new running/hiking trail one mile away. Parking is safe and free in the form of the driveway or garage.

Location:
It is 5-10 minutes from La Cantera – the gorgeous outdoor shopping mall. As well as Six Flags Fiesta Texas and UTSA. It is 5-10 minutes from the medical center area where all the hospitals are. It is 1.5 miles from IH-10, which is the main highway to get to downtown where the Riverwalk is (about 20 minutes by car). Airport – about 15-20 minutes away.

Guests who reserve this listing will have the entire home to themselves and full use of it 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! Even though ideal with bed space for 1 to 7 guests, there is plenty of room for additional occasional blow up mattresses…. and you can always have someone bring a sleeping bag to hit the floor if you have more guests than we have beds! Free WiFi, Netflix.

It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I’m here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message and I’ll be quick to respond.

This is a quiet subdivision, the house backs up to a relaxing green zone. However, it’s still very close to the very best San Antonio has to offer. Less than a mile away you’ll arrive at the start of a shopping center that includes restaurants for all taste buds: Rome’s Pizza, Taste of India, McAlister’s Deli, Buffalo Wild Wings, Twin Peaks, Carrabba’s and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Feel free to stroll the area. Welcome to your home away from home.

Taxis are available anytime and cost about $35 to get anywhere else in town. I prefer Uber, which is a private driver service. You’ll find information when you arrive for a free $20 first ride! Also, the public bus stops just a few houses down the street – every 30 minutes during peak hours. Enjoy your stay!
