The Space:
This lovely 3 beds corner apartment is located in the south of the city. Those frequently travelling into and out of Chiang Mai will appreciate the fact that we are located just a few minutes away from the City and Night Bazaar.

Nice garden with saltwater pool and kids pool. We have taxi, tours free bikes and laundry service just next door offering washing machine and dryer for only 40 baht. 7/11 is 200 meter away same as mainroad.

There is many restaurants in the area and 7/11 just 200 meter away.
Guest Access:
ADSL high speed internet, TV, Netflix Air Conditioning, Safe, Seating Area, Sofa, Wardrobe/Closet, Shower, Toilet, Bathroom, Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric kettle, Kitchenware, Dining table, Towels, Linen, Hand Soap, Shampoo, Shower cream and you can order cleaning service.
Interaction with Guests:
I’ll be answering all questions and help out as best as I can. If the guests wants an airport pick-up we can arrange that, at a competitive price.

The building staff takes care of the apartment if there should be a problem with the aircon or anything similar.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to the beautiful Chiang Mai city with many restaurants and shopping.

The center of Chiang Mai´s nightlife is only few km away and you can easily take a taxi for only 80 baht.

The air is better!! Less traffic.
Getting Around:
You can use the bikes for free or rent motorbikes or cars, belonging to the resort. Please bring driver licenses.

There are taxis 200m. away. But you can also rent a scooter if you want to go around for about 200 baht/ day.

The area is very quiet – the traffic is convenient and we have 4 bikes you can use for free about 2 km to Night Bazaar. There is restaurant near with many shops and 7/11.

Breakfast prices start from only 60-80 baht so very cheap. Tuk Tuk can be order from the hotel and cost 100 baht (Last time I check) to the city. Be aware always get the prices before you go into the Tuk Tuk are you good at negotiating, you can always get them down in price 🙂

From the reception you can also order tours, rent motorbikes/car.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.

The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.

If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.

But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
