The apartment is located on a modern, guarded housing estate with lots of greenery. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building with a lift. It is fully equipped, ready for short and long stays.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a balcony, separate two bedrooms, a bathroom.

Living room:
a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a table with chairs for 4 people, Smart TV with all applications Bedroom 1 and 2: The bedroom has a comfortable double bed providing comfort sleep and recovery for the next day, wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps.

Kitchen:
is fully equipped. It contains all the necessary things to prepare and serve meals.

Bathroom:
there is a toilet, a bathtube with shower and a washbasin in it. For guests there is a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, a set of towels.

Guest access:
Guests have access to all the equipment in the apartment. Make yourself at home.

There is coffee, black / green tea on site.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and serve meals as much as at home.

from PKP Central Train Station: taxi: 27-35 PLN (travel time 16-22 min), uber 21 -26 PLN

For people arriving by car, it is possible to park on the street under the building or in the underground garage for PLN 30 / day.

Other important things:
The apartment is completely non-smoking. The property does not accept pets. For breaking the above regulations, a fee of 550 PLN will be charged for the event. The apartment is not allowed to organize events, social events and conduct any form of business. The apartment can accommodate no more than the number of people specified in the booking. For breaking the above regulations will be charged a fee of 1500 PLN. This also applies to the arrival of police / municipal guard.
The apartment is only for accommodation purposes.

Please observe the quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00.

Check-in after 21:30 incurs an additional fee of 35 PLN.

Check-out is at 11:00. If you do not inform about the intention of late check-out, a fee of PLN 25 will be charged for each started hour.
