This apartment accommodates two people sleeping in one bedroom with one ‘Kingsize’ memory foam mattress (150x200cm). The bed has no footboard.

Maximum of 2 guests at all times. No business use without prior discussion with the owner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electrical cooker, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer and Vitroceramic cooktop. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with 50″ digital flat screen with UK Free-view TV channels, heating, super fast Wifi from fibre optic Wifi Internet, washer-dryer, original paintings, designer furniture including Italian leather sofa and glass table & chairs, also a secure principle door entry system.

The apartment is located in a quite residential street. Nearby there there are lots of good restaurants. Kensington High Street and the Kings Road, both very good shopping areas, within walking distance, along-with four major UK Museums. Also Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are great places to laze around or to go jogging. Car hire is available nearby and on-street pay & display parking is available, but is limited.

No pets, no smokers or smoking (smoke alarms).
Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am.
Check ins after 8pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of £70.

Damage deposit of £400, this which is automatically canceled after verifying the apartment conditions upon departure and no breakages or damages have occurred during your stay. This will collected at the time of booking.

End cleaning is included, but the property should still be left in reasonable condition with all you belongings and rubbish removed.

Peter is a great guy! He was very attentive to all of my queries and always responded inmediately. Apartment was in excellent shape. Bed pretty comfy, great size for the kitchen and the couch was extremely comfortable. Neighborhood offers lots of amenities (Starbucks, Pubs, Supermarkets, Subway Station (Earls Court) all at walking distance. It's also really secure and tranquil. My experience in the apartment couldnt have been better! It's PERFECT.

Great location, lovely apartment, professionally serviced and best of all a very helpful owner who did everything to make sure my stay was comfortable. First location: Earls Court tube a 5 minute walk away, The Pembroke gastro-pub down the road, Old Brompton Road and Earls Court Road a stone's throw. Shopping, sightseeing, museums, galleries all within minutes. Tesco, M&S groceries. drycleaners, 24 hours provision stores / off-licence all round the corner. Apartment: Well furnished, clean, comfortable, very good finishings and a special mention for the great bathroom - huge, great tub, great shower, sink and great finishings. Wifi super fast, TV big, HD quality. Good wardrobes, plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. Services: Excellent. The cleaning services agreed with owner were undertaken on time and beyond expectations. There was a minor problem with the TV cable connection once and workmen came and fixed it in less than 24 hours. Owner: Peter was great. A thorough gentlemen, he made himself present and available upon my arrival and even helped me with my luggage! Made sure I was well settled in and organized before taking leave. Periodically throughout my stay would pay me the kindness and courtesy of checking up on my stay and ensuring all was good. How many owners would take the time out to do that - let alone mean it? Frankly after this experience I would, and would recommend, anyone to book a property with Peter. Anything less than positive: Just one minor comment. The apartment was on the top floor so for those of us less fit than others carrying heavy luggage up and down could be a challenge. On the positive side I think I'm fitter for the experience! But this is a very minor point and should not detract from an otherwise fully deserving glowing review.

This location is a nice, safe and quiet area for those that don’t know the city very well and is traveling to London for the first time. This apartment is good for two people.

My son stayed here for a month while he did an internship in London. Everything was exactly as it was described and the landlord was helpful and accessible. Would definitely recommend this flat for an affordable option in a convenient location in central London.

We had a great time. Location is perfect and central, easy to access transportation, both subway and rail as well as bus. A bevy of good restaurants nearby, and still quiet in the evenings. We stayed 16 nights and enjoyed our first stay in London thoroughly. Peter as our host was most attentive to our needs, and ensured everything went very smooth every step of the way. Would recommend to others.

Peter was a great host. He always responded to my inquiry email immediately. The flat was clean and very bright since it's located on the top floor. There were a lot of supermarkets nearby, TESCO, Sainsbury's, M&S, etc. A cleaner came every two weeks. A good place to stay for a long time.
