Property Description
Beautiful nineteen’s century authentic Mexican house fully restored. It’s divided in seven independent studio rooms with lounge, work area and a private bathroom. Studio 1 is the second biggest of the house, with room for four guests, a lovely lounge area and an outside window. Come to breath the Mexican soul: clay, pottery, quarry and woods, typical vegetation and bright colors; a plunge pool and a rooftop with a beautiful view. You’ll love staying with us!
The Space:
The studio has a living room (with a sofa bed), a table and chairs, full bathroom on the first floor. Climbing the stairs is the bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The studio is a mixture of simple rustic furniture, modern hipster look and a peaceful and passionate atmosphere, always focused on functionality and comfort.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the terrace, where they can make dinner or hang out. They can make use of the bath tub (not warm), and a big equipped kitchen. A cleaning lady is there on office hours to help you keep the place clean and ordered. Each room has a set of keys for privacy. If you wish a room to be cleaned there is an extra cost of $100 pesos. If you stay more than 5 days, a cleaning day is included. There is a laundry nearby if you need to wash your clothes.
Interaction with Guests:
Julio is available in the house from 1-6 pm for any question or suggestions. He can advise for places to go eat or visit.

Chapultepec is the number 1 area in Guadalajara to be in, either as a tourist, student, worker or businessman. Very near to the expo, to the city center, and to the very rich gastronomical, cultural and touristic areas.
Getting Around:
There are many bars, coffee places and restaurants less than 2 blocks away in any direction. There are many things walking distance as mentioned above: El Expiatorio Church, Chapultepec, Downtown and others. Half a block away there is a Mibici stop, a public bicycle service that costs 80 pesos per day, or 160 pesos for 3 days. On the same block of the property there is a bus stop of the public transportation system, which is 7 pesos per ride, and can take you quicker to downtown or Chapultepec if you don’t like to walk. There is a public parking lot one and a half blocks away called “Estacionamiento Público Tapia” if you have a car.
