Annisquam Heights

Annisquam Heights is a classic New England vacation home that pays homage to the past but has modern sensibilities. From the vast wraparound porch, you’ll be able to relax and catch salty sea breezes while taking in the incredible ocean views. Inside, the main floor has plenty of living space, including an eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, cozy living room and sun porch. Upstairs, there are six bedrooms and two full baths, sleeping up to fourteen people.

It’s just a short walk down the lane to get to Lighthouse Beach, making Annisquam Heights an ideal summer retreat for your family and friends.

GROUND FLOOR

Living Room: A sunny room with large windows, this room offers several seating areas and a gas stove for cozy heat in the cooler weather.

Kitchen: The oversized soapstone farmer’s sink is original to the house, but the rest of the eat-in kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances and countertops.

Dining Room: The formal dining room seats up to 14. The dining table has leaves that can be added or removed as needed.

Half Bathroom 1: The main floor half bath is accessible via the dining room.

Sun porch: An enclosed 3-season porch.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 1: A rear-corner bedroom that contains two twin beds and an oversized single bed (3/4-size).

Bedroom 2: A front-corner bedroom that contains two twin beds and a comfortable seating area and ocean-facing window seat.

Bedroom 3: The Master bedroom, containing a Queen bed and one single.

Bedroom 4: This front-corner room contains a Queen bed and an ocean-facing window seat.

Bedroom 5: This room contains two Twin beds.

Bedroom 6: This rear-corner roomroom contains one Full-sized bed.

Full Bathroom 1: Contains bathtub with handheld shower head.

Full Bathroom 2: Contains a traditional claw-foot bath tub with shower.

EXTERIOR

The wraparound front porch offers generous ocean views and multiple seating and gathering options. At the rear of the house, there is additional seating and a gas grill on a slate patio that overlooks the grassy yard.

PARKING

There is parking for two cars by the garage below the house and parking for three more cars (tandem) in the driveway.
