It is a convenient walking distance to the city’s High Street as well as to the mainline railway station. The beautiful open park space of Oram’s Arbour is close by.

The property has been very nicely modernised and decorated, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, and light and spacious open plan kitchen and dining room.

The dining area has doors opening out onto a courtyard garden with patio furniture to enjoy outside dining.
